The Education Cannot Wait (ECW) facilitated Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) for Somaliland aims to increase educational access for children and adolescents recovering from conflict and impacted by climate change. ECW partnered with in-country grantees and the Ministry of Education and Science of Somaliland to launch a three year programme from 2019-2022. The proposal includes goals, timelines, success indicators, evaluation criteria and financial plans in alignment with ECW's commitment to accountability and success.
