Jacques*, a 13-yaer-old from Haiti, can't go to school because of the violence and insecurity his country is currently facing.

Hello,

My name is Jacques*. I am very happy. I greet you in the name of Jesus who is almighty hoping that you are well thanks to him. Everything is fine for me, thank God.

I am writing this letter because I would like to share my dreams for the future.

I want to finish my classical studies and learn a job that will allow me to provide for my family because of the problems that the country is currently facing, I cannot go to school.

Due to the scarcity of fuel, the problems related to insecurity as well as the gangs that have taken over the country, life is difficult.

I am writing to you because I would like the country to receive help in order to get out of the situation in which it finds itself at the moment. I would like to live differently in the country. We need education.

We are young people yearning for a better future.

Thank you for your attention and I hope I have been understood.

First of all, I thank those who will read this letter.

May God bless you, give you grace and protect your friends, your family and your children.

This is Jacques*.

Thanks.
