The ECW Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) 2020-2023 in Ethiopia aims to reach 746,000 children – 50% girls and 10% children with disabilities – including 213,000 pre-primary and 533,000  primary school-aged children. Additionally, over 1,250 (including 490 women) refugee teachers and 10,000 national teachers (including 3,990 women) are targeted through capacity development interventions to strengthen the delivery of education for displaced children. The MYRP addresses critical education needs of emergency-affected children with a special focus on girls and children with cognitive disabilities and their distinct educational and protection needs.
