The Education Cannot Wait (ECW) Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) in Pakistan 2022-2024 addresses the needs of refugee, crisis-affected and vulnerable children and adolescents in the North and West regions of the country. The MYRP works to ensure improved access to education at all levels, provide mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services, implement safe and inclusive learning environments, increase the resilience of the infrastructure and provide support for girls. The proposal includes programme objectives, theory of change (TOC) reports, success indicators, partnership efforts, evaluation criteria and financial plans in alignment with ECW's commitment to accountability and success.
