This guidance note provides Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) applicants step-by-step instructions to properly prepare their proposals. Updated in April 2021, these guidelines cover all steps needed to successfully complete the application process, including programme summary and description, situational analysis, leveraging resources, implementation steps and monitoring and evaluation guidelines. Additionally, the annexes attached contain supporting documents, formats and further information to provide clarity.
