Humanitarian Education Accelerator: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Toolkit

ECW funds The Humanitarian Education Accelerator (HEA), a programme led by UNHCR which supports promising humanitarian education innovations to transition from successful pilots to programmes that can operate at scale. This Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Toolkit includes a list of curated tools and resources that can help you plan, develop and integrate MEL into work throughout the programme cycle, as well as to apply knowledge and adjust the approach gained from evidence generated through MEL. This toolkit encompasses a wide range of guidebooks on the principles and basics of project and programme monitoring and evaluation. It also provides useful resources for developing MEL in humanitarian contexts, as well as for scaling.
